We work with insurance companies to bring your home or business back to pre-storm condition. Coupled with our remodel division we are better situated to facilitate all necessary repairs.

I called Ascend to fix a small leak in our roof. They quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed it. But beyond that, Chad and his team helped get me a brand new roof under warranty. While they were in the process of fixing the leak, they noticed there was a lot of wear on our shingles even though the roof (which was installed by a different company when we bought the house) was less than 5 years old. Chad helped me navigate the process of submitting a warranty claim with the single manufacturer, which was approved. I got a new roof at no cost to me. Chad really went the extra mile to take care of us and I can’t recommend Ascend enough. Everyone I’ve worked with has been extremely professional and courteous.

We have just finished getting our house completely repaired following last summers hail storm. We are very THANKFUL to have not been rushed, pushed or ignored during the process. Chad, Tommy and Chris have been amazing to work with. They fought for us to get everything out of our insurance that was appropriate. Not telling us to settle but being our mouthpiece when dealing with an insurance company that tried lowballing our claim. "Our house was hit with a nasty hail storm in July. One of our neighbors introduced us to Chad Williams with Ascend Construction Group. Chad got up on our roof and determined that our shingles were damaged and needed to be replaced. Also, part of our fence was blown down, one window was broken, as well as damage to the trim on several other windows. Our gutters needed to be replaced and the house needed to be painted. Chad met with our insurance adjuster to help point out the damage. the Ascend Construction Group is a one stop shop! They were able to take care of all the repairs.
