“I am so excited to see Ascend Construction Group expand their services to cleaning services! It’s been refreshing knowing that my house’s construction needs (roofing, painting, windows, etc) have been covered by a group full of integrity. I never have to worry that the job will be less than high quality! So when we had a terrible and disappointing house cleaning experience, and learned that Ascend now offered these services, we felt that we could trust again. Tori, Ascend’s cleaner, called me to review what services we were looking for, and apologized for past experiences (a deep cleaning that simply wasn’t done nor done well, yet at triple normal cost). She reviewed what she could do to meet our needs and even shared how she would assess what still needed to be done for deep cleaning. She called before she arrived, texted when she was done, gave updates, and sent pictures at the end. To say I was impressed, is downplaying it!! Tori cleaned areas, like glass shower doors, way better than we had ever gotten them the 7 years we’ve lived there. She confirmed deep clean had not happened and took it upon herself to rectify the wrong (even though it was not hers to own). After many subsequent cleans from Tori, we continue to be absolutely amazed at her high level of excellence and continued integrity!!
